Кодекс АПИК

Признавая свою безусловную ответственность перед  потребителями, партнерами
по бизнесу и друг другом, компании, входящие в Ассоциацию Предприятий
Индустрии Климата (АПИК), принимают на себя обязательства организовывать
и проводить свою деятельность в соответствии со следующими правилами
профессионального поведения — Кодексом АПИК:

1. В своей профессиональной деятельности  ориентироваться на самые
   высокие стандарты отрасли.
2. Твердо придерживаться норм деловой этики и принципов честной конкуренции
   на рынке.
3. Осуществлять все виды работ только при наличии необходимых лицензий
   и сертификатов.
4. Всегда гарантировать потребителям высокое качество предоставляемых
   услуг, высокий уровень подготовки и технической оснащенности персонала,
   безопасную и эффективную работу оборудования.
5. Обеспечивать потребителей полной и достоверной информацией об
   оказываемых услугах и условиях их предоставления, об устанавливаемом
   оборудовании,
   специфике его эксплуатации и обслуживания.
6. Избегать рекламных действий и заявлений, которые могли бы быть
   истолкованы как ложные, вводящие потребителя в заблуждение или
   дискредитирующие конкурентов.
7. Соблюдение настоящего Кодекса является обязательным для всех климатических
   компаний, вступающих в АПИК.

Code Of Professional Conduct

This Code of Ethics signifies voluntary recognition by members of the
APIC (Association of Professional companies of Industry Climate) of
the responsibilities and obligations of professional self-discipline
above and beyond the requirements of law. The purpose of the code is
to inform the public that NAFA members intend to maintain a high level
of ethical behavior and professional performance.

In recognition of their obligations to the public, customers, and the
professional companies on the HVAC market in Russia, APIC members have
agreed to comply with the following articles of This Code of Professional
Conduct:

1. We will serve our customers with integrity and competence
   under the highest standards accepted in the Industry.
2. We will be fair in the competition matters and maintain firm
   business ethics principles.
3. We will offer our services and do all the works required
   by our customers with the full compliance of the local and federal
   laws
   and other legal certification and licensing procedures.
4. We will guarantee our customers with the highest level of
   quality, knowledge, experience, and safety for using the equipment
   with the relevant efficiency.
5. We will supply our customers with
   complete and relevant information regarding HVAC equipment, our
   services and specific terms and conditions required for efficient and
   safe usage
   of the equipment during its lifetime.
6. We will be honest, accurate, and forthright in our advertising
   campaigns in order to avoid any misunderstanding for the customers.
7. All APIC Members are obliged to comply with this Code of
   the Professional Conduct.
